Franky from One Piece, my favorite character from my favorite comic. YEAAAHH
Obviously this is part of a series, which I'd actually intended to start with this drawing of Zoro, but never got around to continuing until now! So expect to see a bunch more One Piece character art in this vein in the coming weeks. Oh, and I'm calling it the DON series because "DON" (spelled in katakana behind Franky there) is Oda's favorite sound effect and it just looks kinda awesome behind his characters. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
