My Double K reading spree stopped dead on its tracks!!!!!
This isn't actually Rossiu! It's actually the Village Chief of Ross's village! You know, the guy who was busting Kamina's balls with sheer stony faces? Just younger! (I mean, Ross ended up looking just like him when he was older... I could see it.) I mean hell, Simon is in his younger days, so I'm fully expecting the teenaged, confused-but-still-good RossBoss to come stumbling out to be Simon's junior partner on the force.
