Here we are at last, with some of the pages that have the most significant changes. SPOT THE DIFFERENCE, FOLKS

This was one of the many originals that reproduced REALLY poorly in print, so it'll be extra nice (for me especially) to see the crisp lines and new details IRL next week when the books are delivered.

On a weird side note, I think I see the first appearance of lantern-jaw up there on panel one of Old-Page-14

Yeah, I liked Panel 2 a lot better in the original. Kamina just seems so much more cheerful about calling him a douche that way! The lantern-jaw thing seems out-of-place here, especially with the dialogue being more (really loud) cheerful conversation than just flat-out emotive shouting.

Doesn't seem to be so much an artistic improvement as it is a stylistic change; not so much improving on the last, but changing from one badass style to another. Protip: Keep the originals kickin' around...for the lulz.

Excellently drawn as ever, nonetheless.

Here's a question I forgot to ask the first time around: When Big Guy here calls Kamina a "dick" is he using the slang term for "detective", or the phallic definition, or a little of both?

My only beef with the entire remake so far is Kamina's face in that middle panel. It had been my favorite panel in the entirety of the comic since he had such a cute charm, and redrawn he's lost it. I'm kinda sad :c
